For 'Import option', select RefMan RIS from the drop-down list. Click on 'Choose', browse for your saved file and select it. Hover over the 'Collect' tab and click on the option 'Import references'. 
Note that depending on your browser you may be able to directly export the references from LibrarySearch to EndNote, by double clicking on the file.
